which is why they can offer such high refunds. Casinos rely on human error to line their pockets. But it’s okay. You don’t have to be one of them. The strategy of all three games can be tricky, but not beyond human capabilities. Learn strategy, use strategy and stick to strategy and you can play the game with the smallest house tip.
So, where does that leave Three Card Poker and Casino Wars? The Three Card Bet Ante / Play bet comes in at a price of 97.98 percent. War Casino was only marginally lower at 97.83 percent. Overall, I would probably call this average return for table games. Considering that Three Card Poker has a simple strategy and Casino War effectively doesn’t have a visit KaptenPoker strategy, that’s not that bad.
But, this was clearly not the best or the worst. Four Card Poker has a 98.6 percent return on its Ante / Play bets. Crazy 4 Poker has a 98.92 percent return on its main stakes. The Mississippi stud has a 98-98.5 percent return depending on the paytable used. These all have higher returns than Three Card Poker while only having similar strategies that are slightly more complex.
On the other hand, we have Caribbean Stud Poker with a 97.4 percent return and Let It Ride at 97.2 percent – again, all depending on the specific paytable used. Then, of course, we have slot machines that average around 92-93 percent and things like a live Keno that are probably around 80-85 percent at best.
It should be noted that this return is based on the total amount wagered. So, a game with a lower return and a lower average bet might actually cost a player less than one with a much higher average return and a slightly higher return. I will keep this topic for another week.
